John L. McDermott, Jr. has been a litigation attorney for over 30 years. His practice is concentrated primarily in premises liability, product liability and motor vehicle liability claims. He has also represented numerous general contractors and sub-contractors in construction accident and fire loss claims.

Ida C. Genova received her undergraduate degree in Classical Studies from Seton Hall University. She then went on to pursue her law degree at Seton Hall University School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Genova was active on the Moot Court team.
