Gabrielle J. Pribula

Gabrielle J. Pribula received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Music from Fairfield University. She then pursued a legal education at St. John’s University School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Pribula interned at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, and clerked at The Law Office of Raymond Schwartzberg, and the Law Office of Weil & Kestenbaum.

Upon receiving her law degree, Ms. Pribula joined Weil & Kestenbaum as an associate attorney, where she focused on general civil litigation and transactional matters. She joined McDermott & McGee, LLP, in March 2009, now Tango, Dickinson, Lorenzo, McDermott & McGee, LLP, where her current focus is on the defense of personal injury claims and the filing and defense of PIP subrogation arbitration in New York and New Jersey. In addition to handling subrogation arbitration claims, Ms. Pribula serves as a Certified New York PIP Arbitrator for Arbitration Forums, Inc.

Ms. Pribula is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
