Seth M. Garrod

Seth M. Garrod’s practice primarily includes the defense of clients in bodily injury, property damage and professional malpractice matters. He has successfully tried cases to conclusion and defended clients at binding arbitration. He has appeared in both state and federal courts including the Appellate Division and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Seth has counseled clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with a focus on defense, indemnification and additional insured provisions. He has lectured on a variety of legal issues including bad faith claims against insurance companies.

Seth was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the District Fee Arbitration Committee, where he presently serves as the chairperson for a panel.

Seth graduated from Brooklyn Law School and has a Masters in Business from Rutgers University. While a law student, Seth interned for the Honorable Nicholas H. Politan in the Federal District Court, District of New Jersey. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars.
